AION RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Who is responsible for the return shipping fee:
Aion will cover the return shipping fees if:
- Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship. For example, scratches, snags, rips, or holes in material. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, with tracking, after you send us photos of the defect to support@aion.inc.
- Your item has been damaged in transit. For example, scratches or holes in material. We will send you a prepaid shipping, with tracking, label after you report the damage with photos sent to support@aion.inc.
- You receive the wrong product due to a warehouse error. We will send you a prepaid shipping label, with tracking, after photos are sent of the wrong product to support@aion.inc.
- One or more boxes are lost in transit. We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you no longer want the item(s) that were delivered.
The customer will cover the return shipping fees if:
- You don't like the products after receiving your purchase.
- You no longer need the product(s) but you have received your purchase.
- You buy the products by mistake, but you have received the purchase.
- The products do not fit.
Customer cost of return:
If deemed responsible above, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and while we'll help facilitate the process by obtaining a label at the most cost-effective rate, the incurred return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Starting a return:
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aion.inc and request the return by providing your Order Confirmation Number, reason for return, and photos of any damage, defects, or incorrect products included in the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (in cases where Aion is responsible for the return shipping fee), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@aion.inc, making sure to reference your Order Confirmation Number.
