How is this different from a regular weighted vest?
Most weighted vests are sized for max-load training — they bounce, strain the neck, and you take them off after the warm-up. Aion is engineered at 3–5% of body weight, with even disc distribution and a compressive shell, so it disappears on you. You wear it for the whole session. That's where the cardio and caloric numbers come from.
Will it interfere with my Oura, WHOOP, or HR data?
No. The vest works with the wearables you already use — and the data is what proves it's working. Expect higher average HR, more time in Z2, and elevated strain scores on the same training block.
When should I wear the Workout Vest vs. the Recovery Vest?
Workout Vest: any active training session — strength, HIIT, walks, hiking, plyometrics, recovery cardio. Recovery Vest: daily life when you're not actively exercising. Most of our customers eventually own both.
