Hands down the best weight vest I've ever had!
I opted for the women's cropped and it's perfect for comfortable, long term wear and results! I can wear it on the spin bike, hiking, lifting, cross training, etc. and still feel comfortable wearing it around the house for greater core strength and stability! I highly recommend!
*In terms of sizing, I am 5"2' and 128 lbs, curvy and athletic build with a decent sized chest. The vest is supposed to fit snug so I sized down and the medium worked great!
