5'9" 150lb and mens M fits perfectly! It's snug but not suctioned too tight. I love it. It's high quality material, zippers are strong and firm, and the weight distribution is incredibly balanced. I highly recommend it. My 5 mile walks are now a full body workout.

I've been anticipating my Aion weighted vest arrival! At work several times I thought about it being delivered lol it was definitely a motivator to get me home 🏡 soon as I could I put it on and showed the family.
