After thinking about weight vests for several months, I decided on AION after listening to a Fit Father Project podcast with the owner and checking out the AION site. I've done four workouts in the vest so far: lower-body weights, elliptical cardio, full-body weights, and a second lower-body weight session. I love the vest.
I have to say, this vest completely blew me away. I’m a 58-year-old Army Vet, I work out six days a week, and I’m always on the move, so I need gear that can keep up with me. This vest absolutely does the trick and went way beyond what I expected. The only thing that would make it 100% perfect is a cell phone pocket. Highly recommend!
