I received my XL men’s workout Vest last week. It weighs 10.5 lbs. I measured myself before buying and the Xl and it’s perfect. Fits like a glove. Unlike other weight vests that I have used this one conforms to your body, and does not move or flop around. Also you can lay on your stomach or back and it’s soft. The weights in the vest is from soft material. I take long walks and weight lift with this vest on. A real good buy

It fits nice and snug almost like a compression shirt, the weights are distributed very evenly on the upper torso very easy to move and do dynamic exercise exercises in. Good job.
